1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all sales of services offered by Aistear on its website. They apply to all orders placed on the site.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TCS.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Service Description

Aistear offers the following services:

  • Free preview: Generation of a 2-day itinerary
  • Complete itinerary: Access to the full generated itinerary (€5 per trip)
  • Modifications: Up to 20 activity modifications per trip

2.2 Availability

Services are available 24/7, subject to technical maintenance. Aistear does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). The applicable price is that in effect at the time of order.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment is made online by:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

3.3 Payment Security

Payments are secured by Stripe. Aistear does not have access to customers' banking data.

4. Order Process

4.1 Order Steps

  1. Create an itinerary (free)
  2. View 2-day preview
  3. Choose to unlock complete itinerary
  4. Validate cart
  5. Secure payment
  6. Immediate access to complete itinerary

4.2 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent by email immediately after payment. This confirmation contains the order summary and invoice.

5. Service Delivery

Access to the service is immediate after payment validation. The complete itinerary is accessible from your personal space without time limitation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the prior and express agreement of the consumer.

By validating your order, you accept the immediate execution of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

7. Warranties and Liability

7.1 Nature of Service

Generated itineraries are suggestions based on artificial intelligence. Aistear does not guarantee:

  • The actual availability of suggested activities
  • The accuracy of mentioned schedules and prices
  • Perfect adequacy with your expectations

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Aistear's liability is limited to the order amount. Aistear cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.

8. Customer Service and Complaints

8.1 Customer Support

Our customer service is available:

  • Response time: 48 business hours maximum

8.2 Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the order. Beyond this period, no complaint will be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

Generated itineraries remain the property of the user. Aistear retains a license to use them for algorithm improvement.

10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modification of TCS

Aistear reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. The applicable TCS are those in effect at the time of order.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
